We give our clients the opportunity to carry out surveys regarding their services and products through benchmarking operations and consumer awareness studies. We offer the production, retrieval (via face to face, door-to-door or telephone enquiries, web surveys, focus groups or mystery shoppers), analysis and synthesis of data, and the layout of results.
The "research" category comprise sall documentary services: retrieval, analysis and synthesis of information from diverse sources (reports, newspapers, magazines, books, online documents). We can also provide audio and video support (through radio and TV broadcasting).
